[SunRescue] [OT] HP Keyboard converter box?

I recently picked up an HP 715/64 without keyboard/mouse.  A friend of mine
got one from the same place but it had a little box with PS/2 outputs and
an RJ-45-ish cable which plugged into the back of the workstation.  The
machine boots up ok when a keyboard/mouse are installed, but won't if it
doesn't find any.

anyone know where I can find a converter box like this?
