[SunRescue] Sunvideo compression board.

Hey folks.

Okay, so the new SS10 rolled in today (almost literally -- nice to see
FedEx takes good care of my stuff :P).

Inside this beastie, I found a Sunvideo compression board (part
#501-2232).  It has an S-Video in, and two RCA video ins (as well as a
nifty little light).  After doing a search on good ol' Google, I'm still
at a loss.

What exactly can I do with this thing?  How cool is this?  What kind of
video can I do with it?

Any and all information would be great.
