[SunRescue] Sparc IPX questions

Hello,
I am new to this list and I have a few questions:
1.  Are the Weitek Power-up chips still available?  If so, how hard is it
to upgrade a sparc IPX to this cpu?
2.  If I do upgrade, does Linux and NetBSD/OpenBSD support this chip?
3.  What is the best os to run on this machine?  I have solaris 2.7, but
I've heard that it can be quite slow.  Is it still possible to get the
older solaris versions?
