Yes it is and I have NO idea.  I used one once in a test of some VR 
software for teaching physics.  The O2s we used were 275mhz R10ks and 
had two outputs going into a stereo hmd box with some head tracking 
devices on the serial ports.  This was primarily for stereo viewing 
but theoretically it could be used for dual head.
