you need the NeWSprint software (which i just happen to have a copy of, 
although for SunOS 4, so you will either need SunOS 4 or you will have to
see if you can get it working under NetBSD's emulation)

let me know if you need more info, i can't find it, but i've got a ton of
docs here for the whole sun printer thing, can only find my boxed set of
NeWSprint stuff at the moment though.  hmmm.
