[rescue] Stretching the Display?

Might this monitor have a switch to choose a border or not? Some 17" and 16"
ones do...

Alternately, is this a "smart" monitor, with an on-board display - youshould
be able to simply dial a larger area for the screen image... This won't get
you more pixels, it will simply spread the pixels you have over a slightly
larger area...
