OKAY . hrm.

No TI-99s, VIC-20s, C64s, Atari STs, etc, or other common "home micros"
of the mid-70s onwards.  E.g., if Joe Smith was likely to have one in
his house or buy one for his kids, we dont talk about it here...

Maybe "if you could buy it at radio shack or a department store.."
