[rescue] Ham license question...

Since the FCC gave up on CB enforcement, the only 
government branch that could handle it is the justice 
department and their enforcement branch, the FBI, has 
bigger fish to fry.  Here in NJ, there are a bunch of us 
who DF these characters and notify the authorities.  
BTW, local authorities can now go after these characters 
if they cause interference.
