(and please, dont harass the guy listed in the
 letter - I ended up getting an almost-formal
 apology, an internal contact at Sun, and an
 Ultra 10 as a "thanks for your cooperation";
 they never did say 'whoops sorry this guy
 shoudlnt have sent this letter' tho... Matter
 is long settled, just funny to look back on..)
