We have a couple of E5000s with A3000 disk arrays, it has taken us 2 years
to convince Sun that we can change the hot-swap disks ourselves and that we
don't need to arrange an engineer to carry out this vastly complicated task.
They still send them via courier (one man, one van, one disk) and then send
another courier the next day to pick up the broken disk. Oh well, its a
start, I suppose.
