Dave,

Any truth to the rumor that IIS (MS web server) gives higher priority to
requests from IE browsers than "Brand N" browsers?

Supposedly some guys ran tcpdump etc. on their own isolated hub and watched
what happened when IE and NN pulled pages from Apache, and then from IIS.
