We used the term in backwaters Indiana to refer to the sort of person
whose applied intelligence was limited to knowing he could beat people up
and take advantage of girls who didn't know any better. At least that's
the explanation that comes to mind. Most of them didn't actually have
furniture rotated from the front lawn to the living room.
