Worst thing I had to do:

Get an NT box to check out source code *tunneling through ssh* over a
VPN, from a CVS repository on a SGI machine, cross-continent.  With
authentication.

Took about 2-3 weeks.  Thank god for cygwin.  (this was '98, NT4 days).

It got me a day off, tho, when I proved it worked. 8-)
