Actually, the 330 and 370 both use the 4300 CPU board.  The difference in
in the case - as such, the 370 actually has a wider choice, I even have
one of those big VME meory boards (working) sitting in my den, partially
populated. (takes up to 48M).  If you're interested, let me know.
