[SunRescue] Fan failure warning on console of SS1000

tonite on the console of my SS1000 about every minute i get a warning =
saying "WARNING: FAN FAILURE still sensed."

so i took off the side of the SS1000 that has the 3 fans in the fan tray =
...

checked all 3 with the power on and all 3 are spinning ...

what the heck?????

any clues anyone?
