Agreed!  My first Sun (4/370) was one I'd learnt the craft of Solaris (and 
SunOS) administration.  It was 1997 and they were finally decomissioning it 
after the 1996 population census project wrapped up.

*sniff*

I've still got it too, haven't fired it up in over a year, but I can't 
bring myself to get rid of it.
