[rescue] [OT] Vaxstation video/monitor question

I've got a vaxstation 4000/90 with a video card in it...but I'm not sure
which kind it is.  here are some of its markings:

AB23500WAM

COUGAR SPX


What kind of board is this (specwise) and what kind of monitor would I
use?  I found a VR319 which will display output from it, but alas, it is
monochrome.
