[rescue] Ultra 2 bits...

I have a few bits I found left over from my Ultra 2,
for postage & a buck or two...

A CD-ROM opening case cover (this would cover the hole
left in the shell/cover if you didn't have a DAT or
CD-ROM drive installed)

and a *short* SCSI cable, about 4" long - not sure if
this was pulled out of the U2 when the CD was
installed, or if it was an extra bit in the CD32 "kit"
that wasn't needed in my box.
