The picture comes from an earlier Ultra 10 ad they ran. Someone removed the 
Ultra 10 from the picture when they modified the ad for Ultra 30s.

Here are two listings from the Great Britain site where they are selling both 
that shows the difference.

I read their feedback. They are selling mostly HP monitors. 21" 5 BNC 
multisync. The fine print is $30 packing charge and $30 for a VGA/5BNC cable 
if you want it. Another fine print is a $20 pickup charge. 

I wonder if you could go by and look in advance?

They seem to be loose with their description, using the same one for almost 
all ads. It would pay to be watchful.
