I think I always cook scrapple on med heat myself. I cook most things on
something in the medium range, although somethings (holladaise, rues, etc)
get low heat. High never seems to be proper except when boiling water.
But, I getting beside the point.

Would it be possible to buff or grind the scratches out? If All-cladd
refuses to replace the pan, it seems like it would be worth trying.
