Well, sure, but I'm not going to sue RedHat for making it easy for me to do
so.

I do something stupid on a weekly basis.  For example:
This past week I was wrestling with my sister's german shephard when I got
nipped on my hand.  Not bad, but drew blood and required a band-aid.  I
chalk it up to experience. "Note to self, be cautious when wrestling with
toothed animals".  I'm not going to sue my sister for failing to control her
animal...

Another instance:
I had a open bottle of Diet Coke on my workbench when working on an
eltro-pneumatic paintball gun.  I bumped the soda, it tipped into the gun,
and fried the circuit board.  I'm out $189 for a new board.  I'm not going
to sue Coca-Cola corp because they didn't label their bottle of soda as
"potentially harmful to electronic devices".
