230V can be done fairly easily, and the nema 6-30R receptacles and plugs are
readily available at any construction or home improvement supply center...

If you are serious about running the beast, feed it properly.  It's a fine
machine.  If you were located in my area, I'd be happy to offer my
assistance with wiring.
