I *totally* lucked out.  After being layed off from a totally MS dependent
company (even to the point of using Crytsal Reports to parse Oracle data
instead of Perl), I recieved an email out of nowhere from a company that
wanted to interview me ASAP.  During the interview I found that they only
run Linux, Not a single MS server in the place.  Needless to say, I jumped
all over the job.
