boot hte xyplex up off hte net, connect to it with a serial console (you 
may be able to do it telnet) and format the flash card
go to http://www.dragonphyre.net/complete and download the manuals and 
software form there :)  I put up a copy for others.
the manuals tell how to write the os / software to flash
