more bizarre machine design.  It seems to me that when it comes to what
will or won't work on those machines, most bets are off.

Officially, the overdrives don't do more than 2 way SMP.  I'd be
interested in hearing if anyone managed to get them to work in an 4+ box
other than the ALRs.
