Bingo#2! The control panel applet (and the webmin crap as well) are apps
developed for windows losers trying to make the transition into learning
how to use a real operating system. Most Linux distributions do not have
the control-panel at all. My personal preference is Slackware which is
more Unixy than some Unix's are. You like BSD, you'll like Slack.. Try
it.
