[rescue] HP Visualize C180 Questions

Ok, new question.  It doesn't power on.  When i plug power into it, i
hear a small click from the power supply, but when i hit the power
button, nothing happens, no fans, no led's.  I've reseated the
motherboard, and the drive cage.  Any suggestions?
