Here a few people I know are in a business polytechnic. The teacher for
all computer-related classes (if I remember correctly, but at least
information systems) is some master of political sciecnce or something
like that and has absolutely no clue about computers at all.
The school has a huge majority of female students and today probably any
of them would be more qualified though most are not exactly geeks and
some are downright phobic wrt anything that looks complicated.
Hm.. well ofcourse there is this one who writes all her stuff in vim and
reads her mail in a shell account no-one was officially told about
instead of the pretty web gui and wants to find an O2 she could
afford... She is certainly not happy in those classes :-)
