But to be honest, a home network (as opposed to a work network at home)
running switched 100bT is going to be close enough in speed that the
difference would only show when doing full backups or moving movies
around the network. The real reason to run FDDI at home is because It
Is Better. Besides, when a friend brings their laptop over, you can
give them the choice, wireless, 10bT, 100bT, or FDDI. :-)
