[rescue] SGIs and Sun Monitors (part II)

A while back i asked if i could use a Sun monitor
(GDM-17E10) with an SGI Indy.  There was some
uncertainty.

I am happy to report today, that it works fine, with no
modifications.  Figured i would pass the info along in
case anyone else was planning to try it.
