[rescue] VGA <-> 13W3 Converters

http://www.pcsurplusonline.com/ has 13W3 -> VGA cables (not adapters)
for $4.  They say 'used' on their web site but the ones I was shipped
were brand new.  Unfortunately their shipping is pretty steep (unless
you buy >= $100--then shipping is free).
