  Past and present, though "girlfriend" might be a bit strong of a
term for my current involvement.  As mentioned earlier, she's very far
away, and a commitment (which is something that I believe very
strongly in) would be a pretty difficult thing when we see each other
once every few months.  I'm much MUCH higher-maintenance than that,
and so is she.
