Ultra 1 memory. :-)

Seriously, it's a 200-pin 5V ECC 60n DIMM, mostly the same used in SS10,
SS20, Ultra 1/2/30/60/80/220/250/420/450, Netra T1125, and probably some
others. 

Ultra 1 will take 16/32/64/128MB sticks in pairs. Other models in that
list have other limitations and may have other bank sizes (SS10/SS20 have
banks of 1, limit of 32MB or 64MB sticks... my 450 at work has 4 banks of
4 256MB sticks each)..

Apparently you can use 256MB sticks if you have them, but half of them 
will be ignored. The above url notes: "Each bank addresses 256MB of
memory. Unused memory is mapped out by the memory management hardware."

I don't know offhand of any other brand of computer that uses 200pin
DIMMs. Most of the other Suns with SIMM/DIMM/SODIMM memory have at least
one cousin in the outside world that uses them. For example, the Ultra 5
memory can be used in many PPro server or high end workstation boards
(W6Li, PR440FX).
