[rescue] Interface info for IBM Dials and Buttons boxes?

   The dials and buttons can also hook to feature 2810, the Graphics
Input Device, a Microchannel card with a pair of DIN connectors, a pair
of UARTS, and some glue logic.

   I have two of these cards and need neither of them. Anybody want?
