[rescue] GCC options

Anyone know the magical gcc incantation to make gcc-2.95 on UltraSPARC
produce non-ultrasparc executables?

I've tried using -msupersparc, -mno-v8, and -Wa,-xarch=v8 to no avail, file
always tells me I have created an "UltraSPARC extensions required" binary.

I'm trying to build OpenSSH for a SPARC20 that has no development utils and
no way to get them onto it.
