I'm not sure what the acronym means, it's in german, but the
SPK were a revolutionary terrorist group in Germany in the
70s composed entirely of mental patients who argued that
capitalism was unfair to the insane.

(I've had a really hard time finding info on them - if
anyone knows the details, please correct me.)
