It's apparently going the way of Alpha.

Hewital DECpaq might just manage what DEC, Digital and even Compaq just
couldn't manage to do, no matter how hard they tried. (I'm sure someone
has the Sun hamster ad URL?) - Kill their biggest and baddest (and most
competitive) products.

FVO 'kill' nearing 'discontinue'. I'm sure there will be loads of fans
and users and old installations that haven't "yet" migrated and those
odd geeks that seem to collect all that crufty old stuff...
