A transceiver receives +12V from pin 13 of the AUI connector. There
is a fuse on the CPU board near that connector...a little bugger with
0.1" lead spacing...Looks like a transparent radial-lead electrolytic
capacitor. It should be in a white plastic horizontal socket. Check
it with an ohmmeter, it's likely blown.
