Don't forget to separate "ricey" from just plain stupid looking :-)  I 
see plenty of stupid stuff that I wouldn't consider ricey at all.  Like 
the little wheels with too much off-set, that stick out from underneath 
the fenders.  It's been awhile since I've seen it, Though.  It's really 
dumb looking, but it didn't come from the ricers..... came from the 
low-rider crowd.
