You can just install 10.1 then go to 10.2...assuming they fix the 10.2 
CD.

Otherwise just take your upgrade CD and re-burn it after removing the 
Check_for_OSX file or something like that.  I bought my upgrade and then 
converted the CD because I feel doing that many upgrades is a pain in 
the ass.
