Prostate exams are GOOD.  Not Fun or Pleasant, but good when compared with 
dying from Prostate cancer (which then spreads to your bones, liver, 
pancreas, lungs, brain, etc...)  As evil as they may seem, if you are over 
40, you should have one every few years.  And if you are over 50, you should 
have one a little more often than that.  (Unless you like cancer...)
