[rescue] cant get support once they're out-of-business

I am trying to get replacement hitachi drives for my HDS Box, bloody hard
outside of
japan.  So I thought heh just goto web site.  Goto hitachi online store
and order some...I did and they arrived DHL today.    Not bad service.
