A barebones single-300 one went for $1200 or so on Ebay recently. Add
some RAM, disk and additional CPU's and you're rocking for under $2k.
Discovered last night: early rev E450's (-2996 motherboards) were only
specced for up to 300MHz CPU's, with 2MB cache. They cannot use 4MB and
greater cache modules. However, they do seem to work with the 400MHz/2MB
cache modules sold for the U2 and E250 if they are jumpered for a /2 bus
divisor (which also appears to autonegotiate /4). This is the same
situation as for the U30.
