Me and ORK[-1] went around on this. I pushed the monitor to 85Hz, and they
told me not to `because we've lost a few monitors doing that.' Obviously
they haven't tried to drive a fixed-frequency monitor with a PC before
either. When the monitor starts whining, it's time to check things out.
