Yes, most of us do.  But what I know as the "bay area" is completely
different to what you know as the "bay area".  In a local context it
makes sense, but on an international mailing list such assumptions
frustrate the reader.

Delaware Bay and Chesapeake Bay are two Bay Area's that I travel through
frequently.  So I really did want to know if you were referring to
either of those "Bay Area" locales or not since I may have some of what
you're looking for in the next few days.
