[rescue] Sun Ultra 1 or Sun SS20 speed

It's going to depend on your bandwidth, number of users, ruleset
complexity, anything else running on the box.
I'm using a p-83 overdrive for a slow dsl connection with 2 users and a
simple ruleset running OpenBSD. I've heard from a number of people with
similar networks using a Sparc Classic or LX with no problem.
