This is like a reverable ceiling fan..
but like a ceiling fan, reversing the rotation of the motor means reversing
the air flow direction!!  oops! need flippable vanes! alot to ask of a
lowly CPU fan doncha think? A fan would have to be designed and built
clockwise or counterclockwise.
