[rescue] those who should be shot

If they spoke French, no, I wouldn't "correct" them.  If they were
speaking English, especilly to me, I'd help them pronounce my name in
English as best they could.... understanding that it would have a heavy
French accent, if it turned out as "Shat", thats fine.
