Okay, edjumacate me here.

Around the office, we call a guy named "Sridhar", 
"sree-dhar". I've also heard it "cir-ee-dar", but
mostly "sree-dhar".

Which is the correct, in your opinion, pronunciation, or
am I *completely* off base?
