Well, at 5'8" 240# I'm not exactly a small guy, but I do fit quite nicely in
a Miata. I used to have one years ago (back in I believe it was 92) and I
loved it, but with a daughter in 1st grade, and her mother still living with
me, it got sort of cramped in the car (my daughter's school used to get
pissed at me for picking her up from school with her mom, and not having a
proper seat for her), so I traded it in on a more sensible 4 door car. Now
that my daughter will soon be getting a car of her own, and lives with my
folks, I'm once again free to get one! I'm still going to keep my Dodge Ram
truck:

for doing all sorts of rescues and such, but on these winding mountain roads,
the Miata's going to be a REALLY fun car!

Don't know when Dave is going to be there, I'd love to make the trip
coincide! As it is it might take me a couple of days more to get the seller
paid, for some reason my credit card is only letting me transfer $1k at a
time, and I have 4 more to go before it's fully paid for :(

I've also owned a Honda Del Sol, and between the 2, the Mazda Miata seemed to
have much more room, and is basically a much better built vehicle. Now to
find a cd player that will play mp3's that will also mount in the dash. Even
better yet, I would love to find one that will mount in the Miata, AND the
Dodge truck, so I can buy 2 of them, and have only one style radio to learn!
